The first Community of Practice event

The aim of the day was to generate ideas for developing a community of practice – a group of people who share a concern or a passion for something they do and learn how to do it better as they interact regularly and engage in a process of collective learning. Additionally, expert clinicians, researchers and experts by experience gave a picture of the latest initiatives and developments in working with clients with personality disorder in community, Tier 4 and forensic services and on the work of the Personality Disorder Commission.
